The Congressional Club is the official organization of Congressional spouses. The Club began in 1908 and was established by law (HR220291927) in May that year.
Since 1927, the Club has published editions of The Congressional Club Cook Book, a collection of recipes from the spouses of federal legislators, as its main fundraiser.
